I usually just have my left-hand fingers on the wheel while my elbow’s on the window ledge. But if it’s icy out or something and I need to be cautious I’ll do the ol’ 10 and 2 aka none of these.

I’ve tried the douchebag and it’s altogether too much work to have to keep your arm up there at all times.

I do the right-handed douchebag sometimes, but more often the racecar driver, but only with one hand. Usually the right, and then I just let go entirely when changing gear.
